Field Sales Team Leader

• Lead and manage a team of Sales agents, providing training, coaching, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote Numida's offerings
• Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to optimize customer acquisition and conversion
• Develop a systematic plan for visiting clients and continuously evaluate route planning strategies
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on team performance

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4 years of previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Runyakitara is an added advantage; candidates must be located or willing to relocate to Mbarara, Western Uganda

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop creative solutions
• Proficient in computer and mobile technology (Android apps, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)
