Finance Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and statutory requirements
• Manage the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate external audits
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management systems
• Supervise accounting staff and provide leadership to the finance team
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury functions
• Advise senior management on financial planning and strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least two years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial management and budgeting
• Experience with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
