Finance Manager

• Oversee daily financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and overall financial performance.
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance management, accounting or financial planning.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA or CFA is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential financial information.
