Fleet Management Assistant

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the motorcycle fleet, including registration, insurance and inspection documentation.
• Monitor and coordinate motorcycle maintenance, repairs, servicing and spare parts management to ensure optimal fleet performance.
• Collaborate with Site Management and Technicians to resolve motorcycle-related issues and optimize fleet operations.
• Conduct or coordinate periodic motorcycle inspections, compile performance reports, and follow up on traffic violations and insurance claims.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (required education level).
• Experience level of 2 to 5 years.
• Experience in fleet management or automobile engineering is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong Excel, reporting, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel to company sites across Rwanda when required.
• English (good level).
