Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the motorcycle fleet, including registration, insurance, and inspection documentation
- Monitor and coordinate motorcycle maintenance, repairs, servicing, and spare parts management to ensure optimal fleet performance
- Collaborate with Site Management and Technicians to resolve motorcycle-related issues and optimize fleet operations
- Conduct or coordinate periodic motorcycle inspections, compile performance reports, and follow up on traffic violations and insurance claims
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree level education
- Experience in fleet management or automobile engineering is an advantage
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Strong Excel, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel to company sites across Rwanda when required
- Good level of English
