General Manager

• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and market penetration
• Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategy
• Conduct ongoing market analysis including competitor pricing and local demand trends
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, NGOs, embassies, and travel agents
• Own and manage the hotels Profit and Loss (P&L)
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting revenue, labor, and operating costs
• Monitor key metrics: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR
• Oversee day-to-day operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage
• Implement and maintain SOPs and operational systems
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all touchpoints
• Train staff on service delivery, upselling techniques, and handling guest concerns
• Recruit, train, and manage operational and sales teams
• Build a sales-oriented culture across all departments
• Oversee hotel visibility across digital and offline channels
• Manage OTA presence and direct booking channels

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism with 10 years relevant experience in upscale or boutique hotels
• Or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism with 15 years relevant experience
• Relevant certifications in hotel or revenue management are an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of hotel management systems
