Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service and profitability
- Manage, develop and motivate the team, including recruitment, training and performance management
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive business performance, including revenue growth, cost control and quality standards
- Work with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent food and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experienced leader with a proven track record in restaurant or hospitality management
- Experience managing a casual dining brand will be an added advantage
- Relevant hospitality management qualification is an added advantage
