• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, receipts, invoices and other financial documents
• Support the recording of daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Assist in bank reconciliations and verification of financial records
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Assist in monitoring expenditures, budgets and cash flows
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
• Support tax computations and statutory reporting as guided by the supervisor
• Participate in stocktaking, asset verification and internal audit activities
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance option)
• Graduated in 2025/2026 or about to graduate this year
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
