Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the promotion and sale of RENU connectivity and technology services to the research and education sector
- Assist with technical presentations and service demonstrations
- Prepare proposals and quotations for prospective institutions
- Follow up on leads and customer requirements
- Develop skills in understanding customer needs and communicating RENU services
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a RENU member university
- Minimum CGPA of 4.0
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026, with certified academic transcript plus UACE and UCE pass slips
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of networking and ICT solutions
- Ability to identify customer requirements
- Ability to explain technical products clearly
