• Own the integrated revenue performance and strategy of CSL's Business Services portfolio across its four departments
• Monitor financial results, service delivery quality and pipeline performance across all four departments
• Directly manage, coach and hold accountable a team of senior managers and associates
• Drive a high-performance culture and manage Individual Development Plans
• Lead senior-level relationships with major funders, development finance institutions, government bodies and strategic partners
• Drive high-value resource mobilization and represent CSL at key policy dialogues and global sector forums
• Drive organizational product development, overseeing new accelerator models, advisory services, vocational offerings and research publications
• Serve as Deputy CEO, stepping into executive decision-making in the CEO's absence
• Hold budget authority for Business Services, oversee the MEAL framework and contribute to Board-level governance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Development Studies, Social Enterprise, Economics or a related field
• 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in social enterprise, international development, development finance or management consulting
• At least 3-5 years in a senior management role with multi-portfolio accountability
• Proven experience owning significant revenue targets and managing a team of managers
• A professional executive qualification in leadership or management is a distinct advantage
