Health Specialist - Adolescent Health, P-4

• Provide strategic leadership, technical expertise and programmatic guidance to advance adolescent health and well-being globally
• Strengthen capacity development and institutional strengthening for adolescent health service delivery
• Drive quality improvement at scale and support policy reform and systems transformation
• Generate evidence, data and knowledge for action on adolescent health
• Promote equitable access to adolescent health services
• Manage programme results monitoring, strategic partnerships, resource mobilization and grant management
• Lead global advocacy, knowledge leadership and cross-sectoral collaboration

Qualifications & Experience:

• An advanced university degree in public health, global health, adolescent health, health systems and services, epidemiology, health policy and management, medicine or a related field
• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in adolescent health or related public health areas
• Fixed-term P-4 position with UNICEF's Global Programme Division (Health/MNCAH), based in Nairobi
