Hospital Security Assistant

• Record entry and exit of hospital vehicles, visitors, patients, and employees
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers
• Screen persons and baggage for unauthorized items
• Control traffic by directing drivers and opening gates for incoming and outgoing traffic
• Secure premises by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
• Ensure operation of security equipment through preventive maintenance
• Participate in hospital Spiritual Ministry programs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed certificate in Security training from a reputable school or security firm (added advantage)
• Education level between S1-S6
• Work experience in security of at least 1-3 years
• No criminal record

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge about firefighting and communication devices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English and one other language
• Ability to work both night and day shifts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
