• Welcome and professionally receive all guests upon arrival
• Manage and coordinate restaurant reservations, walk-ins and seating arrangements
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
• Communicate reservations, guest preferences, special requests and celebrations to relevant team members
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient guest flow
• Maintain an organized, clean and welcoming entrance and hostess station
• Assist with guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, specials and events
• Perform other front-of-house duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate, diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Customer Service or a related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a hostess, front-office, customer service or hospitality role is preferred
