Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hotel/hospitality experience
- Relevant hot line/kitchen experience required
- A working trial is required as part of selection
Skills & Competencies:
- Speed, consistency and reliability in a hot kitchen section
