Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct training sessions related to recruitment techniques and HR best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment campaigns tailored to organizational needs
- Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation management
- Engage with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience level in HR or training sectors, from no experience to more than 10 years
- Education level from high school to doctorate
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and campaigns
- Experience in recruitment training and management
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English, French and Swahili languages
