Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct training sessions related to recruitment techniques and HR best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment campaigns tailored to organizational needs
- Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation management
- Engage with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- College, HND, Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
- Experienced candidate capable of effectively managing HR activities while ensuring rigorous compliance with current standards
- Hospitality human resource management experience is preferred
