Integrated Operations Planner

• Consolidate the work program based on validated scope from each entity
• Identify opportunities to optimize work program execution
• Gather all schedules related to FOPS activities and interfaces
• Ensure FOPS planning is updated regularly using Primavera
• Organize and animate 5WLA and 4MLA planning meetings
• Ensure POB constraints are taken into account
• Follow progress during execution and alert management of deviations
• Promote use of Job ID Card for task preparation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering/Technology with minimum 5 years of industrial experience
• Previous experience as planner using Primavera is mandatory
• Mastering of Primavera Planning tool
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• General knowledge of onshore upstream Oil and Gas operations

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to coordinate tasks with both detailed and high-level overview
• Collaborative working relationships with Kampala and site teams
• Good communication skills, reliability, autonomy, organization and method
