• Facilitate effective planning, execution, and monitoring of Area Program integrated projects.
• Mobilize and engage communities, local partners, and faith-based leaders for child protection and development initiatives.
• Coordinate sponsorship foundations, registered child monitoring, and sponsor communication workflows.
• Ensure integration of health, education, livelihood, and WASH interventions within target project areas.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress reports for program management and donors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related discipline.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in community development or project implementation within an NGO setting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong community mobilization, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project monitoring, report writing, and computer applications.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in the project region.
