Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff and guests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi and network systems
- Support hotel systems, including POS and other hospitality technologies
- Manage user accounts, email, passwords, and system access
- Assist with data backups, antivirus protection, and system security
- Perform regular IT maintenance and software updates
- Maintain records of IT equipment, repairs, and maintenance
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT personnel
