KaziConnect is seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage and maintain technology infrastructure, support end-users, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organisation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff
- Ensure data security, backup, and system integrity
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience with networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
