IT Officer Software

• Provide first-line support for all network and software, especially 1st-level CBS support, for all branch staff at head office, branches and outlets
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Set up accounts for new users and review vendor contracts and IT software purchases
• Assist to install software, network, internet, e-mail and printers for all responsible branches
• Ensure proper maintenance of networking, internet and e-mail, security, backup and recovery
• Keep current with relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment and systems
• Perform regular system checks to mitigate operational risk

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/MIS
• Minimum one year of working experience in the IT/network field for MFIs or banks
• Good understanding of banking operations
• Good knowledge of WAN network and domain user management

• Willingness to travel to responsible branches and outlets
