Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Process rental income, tenant accounts and supplier invoices, and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
- Perform bank, petty cash and general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, statutory filings (VAT, PAYE and withholding tax) and annual audit schedules
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- At least one to two years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in property management
Skills & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of URA tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
