• Coordinate local data collection and validation for product pricing and performance monitoring in Uganda
• Run pricing models and calculators for Uganda product initiatives under guidance from the Senior Actuarial Assistant and EA Product Actuary
• Support preparation of Uganda-specific product approval documentation, including internal approval packs and regulatory submissions
• Assist the Actuarial Manager with incorporating product changes into valuation and IFRS17 processes where relevant
• Document local processes and contribute to building a sustainable Uganda product actuarial knowledge base
• Produce or support local product performance MI in line with East Africa standards
• Act as a key link between local and regional actuarial teams
• Ensure adherence to Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions-related policies, including customer due diligence and KYC standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
• Progress in actuarial examinations preferred
• 0-3 years' actuarial or analytics experience; Uganda insurance or pensions experience advantageous
