Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee routine and reactive maintenance across residential and commercial properties under management
- Inspect properties regularly and ensure faults are identified and fixed promptly
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, handymen and external contractors on maintenance works
- Prepare maintenance schedules, work orders and cost estimates for management approval
- Ensure maintenance work meets quality, safety and budget standards

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant technical qualification)
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical, coordination and supervision skills

- Willingness to travel regularly across Kampala for site visits
