Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Undergo a structured 24-month training programme rotating across departments, reporting to respective department and section managers
- Take on hands-on responsibility in estate and factory operations under mentorship from senior managers
- Build management capacity across the tea industry value chain
- Participate in projects and assignments that develop leadership, problem-solving and technical skills
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in Agriculture, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Production) or Food Science & Technology
- Graduated within the last three years
- Computer literate, with good command of standard office applications
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda; French is an advantage
- Curious, hands-on and willing to live and work in a rural estate setting
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Ambitious and high-achieving
