Manager - Management Accounting

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports
• Analyse variances against budget, forecast, prior year and operational targets
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for senior management and present insights to the CFO and Executive Team
• Coordinate annual budgeting and strategic planning processes, prepare rolling forecasts and challenge assumptions
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, channel and business segment
• Oversee product costing methodologies, cost allocations and analysis of manufacturing efficiencies, wastages and yield losses
• Provide financial evaluation for capital expenditure projects and support business cases, feasibility studies and post-investment reviews
• Drive effective utilization of SAP Management Accounting modules and strengthen reporting automation
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and financial controls and support internal and external audits
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Technical teams and translate financial data into actionable business insights

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum 15 years' finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management accounting role within manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is essential
