Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers
- Encourage retailers and stockists to sell more Hariss products
- Recruit and register new retailers and stockists
- Ensure proper merchandizing and brand visibility
- Collect complaints and escalate to aligned supervisor
- Be the brand ambassador of Hariss to customers
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in business administration or management
- Marketing certification is an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
