Marketing and Communications Associate

• Conceive and execute strategies for communications, stakeholder and media relations, messaging and supporting sales campaigns
• Generate, analyze and manage media and influencer leads to support brand building, stakeholder engagement and sales efforts
• Project Tatu City and Rendeavour brands and messaging strongly and consistently across all channels and marketing activities
• Support the execution of multi-stakeholder Tatu City events (public, client, media, government)
• Conceive and execute multi-channel corporate and marketing communication strategies (newsletters, press releases, media coverage)
• Conceive and execute digital communication and marketing strategy
• Develop and manage content, including video and photography about Tatu City and affiliated projects
• Analyze consumer behavior, determine customer personas and curate appropriate messaging strategies
• Manage branding materials and marketing collateral, and plan and execute the Kenya CSR strategy as a member of the Rendeavour CSR Committee
• Handle media relations, crisis communications and department budgeting

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
