Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the client's products and services
- Identify, approach and engage prospective customers in and around Kampala
- Negotiate and close deals, earning commission on every deal closed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Track marketing activities and report on results to Korvian Consult
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma, degree or professional qualification in Marketing
- Must be resident in Kampala, around Wandegeya and surrounding areas
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
