Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media and other digital channels
- Develop, schedule and monitor engaging marketing content
- Coordinate branch stockist branding to ensure brand consistency
- Support and monitor branch renovation and branding activities
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and service providers on branding and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and provide periodic reports and recommendations
- Support distribution and branch management administrative activities as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours
- Two years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding or marketing coordination
- Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation and online campaign execution
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage
