Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 2–4 years of marketing experience (FMCG, food, retail or consumer brands is a plus)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong digital & social media marketing skills
- Campaign planning & execution experience
- Excellent communication & creative thinking
- Strong analytical & organisational skills
- A marketing proposal showcasing your approach and ideas for growing Masheda Foods is required
- Nice to have: FMCG or food industry experience, paid advertising experience, influencer & partnership experience, knowledge of the Ugandan consumer market, content creation (photo/video) experience
