Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to mothers
- Conduct normal deliveries and identify and refer complications promptly
- Provide family planning and maternal health education to clients
- Maintain accurate maternal health records
- Support immunization and mother-child health activities at the facility
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Enrolled Midwife or Registered Midwife qualification recognized in Uganda
- Valid practicing license
Skills & Competencies:
- Clinical competence in midwifery
- Communication and counseling skills
