Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have a degree in Actuarial Science, Business & Management Studies, Computer Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Quantitative Management, Statistics, or Data Science
• Must be aged between 22 and 27 years old
• Must have a CGPA of at least 3.60
• Must complete the degree on or before 31 December 2026
• Must have not more than 24 months of work experience
• Must be from the target country where MTN operates (Uganda)
