Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide basic medical care and first aid in the company's clinic
- Offer outpatient care and first aid treatment for employees and their families
- Manage and maintain the inventory of clinic medications and equipment
- Carry out health publicity and disease prevention work
- Keep medical records and report health statistics
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
Skills & Competencies:
- Clinical assessment and first aid skills
- Health education and communication skills
- Accurate record keeping and reporting
