Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Capture, validate and upload member and scheme data accurately and within agreed timelines
- Support scheme installation and onboarding to accelerate system implementation
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliations and quality checks to ensure data integrity
- Identify and escalate data or system issues that may impact project delivery
- Maintain and update member and scheme records
- Support system testing and validation activities
- Work with Operations, IT and Project teams to resolve implementation bottlenecks
- Provide implementation progress updates and trackers to support timely project delivery
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in business studies, preferably Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Statistics, Quantitative Economics or Business Computing
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of insurance would be an added advantage
