Operations Manager - BroilersNew!

• Direct, manage and execute the daily activities of the broiler division in line with the company's strategic plan.
• Review, revise and implement operational and breeder SOPs and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
• Work with Quality Assurance to maintain a QA framework across all broiler sites and enforce 100 percent biosecurity compliance.
• Establish data-driven practices and report daily, weekly and monthly to the Agriculture Director.
• Engage, train, monitor and manage current and new contract out-growers.
• Develop local farm managers to international broiler standards.
• Keep poultry equipment, infrastructure and production facilities in optimal working condition.
• Drive company culture and core values across the broiler department.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Animal Production), Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or a closely related field.
• Master's degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Public Health or Agribusiness is an added advantage.
• 7 to 10+ years of senior management experience overseeing multiple sites or large teams.
• Extensive commercial broiler production experience (mandatory).
