Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule, driver shifting and route adherence across the active corridors connecting Kira and Kampala
- Coordinate with technical teams to optimize energy consumption and schedule bus rotations at the dedicated electric vehicle charging bays
- Monitor the optimal functioning of critical onboard rider amenities, including air conditioning, USB ports and free MTN Wi-Fi connectivity
- Serve as the chief escalation point for route disruptions, minor traffic delays, ticketing device technical glitches, or emergency mechanical needs
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transport Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Comprehensive experience in urban transport logistics, fleet operations, or large-scale corporate supply chains
Skills & Competencies:
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments efficiently
