Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate security guards across assigned posts
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts
- Document and report incidents accurately and promptly
- Conduct security briefings and train guards on protocols, emergency responses, and customer service
- Ensure guards understand post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Submit daily, weekly, and incident reports to management
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, or service issues promptly
- Address operational issues as they arise and escalate complex problems when necessary
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in security operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent observational and analytical abilities
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
