Outdoor Sales Executive

• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to contractors, construction sites, developers, hardware stores and other potential clients
• Present and sell Build Centre's extensive range of brands and building materials to industry professionals
• Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and expand the customer base within the construction sector
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business
• Follow up promptly on customer inquiries, provide quotations, process orders and pursue outstanding sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing strategies and customer needs to adapt sales approaches
• Coordinate with internal sales and operational teams to ensure efficient order processing, delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales within the construction or building materials sectors
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident and presentable with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to conduct regular customer visits and site inspections independently
• A valid driving license is considered an advantage
