• Actively participate in retail outlet operations to achieve monthly sales targets and stock loss targets (under 0.5%).
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Receive stock, maintain fridge inventory, perform fish quality checks, and enforce proper icing techniques.
• Operate the POS register, capture sales accurately, assist with cash reconciliation, and support daily banking procedures.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and PPE compliance across all store facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety and operational inspections of outlet premises, weighing scales, and cooling equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least Credit in Mathematics at UCE and Principal Pass in Economics or Entrepreneurship at UACE.
• Up to 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or fish/food product handling is advantageous.
• Good command of English and relevant local languages.
