Production Supervisors / Line Officers

• Supervise operations within the facility to achieve higher output and meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Organize, monitor and prioritize tasks and make daily, weekly and monthly reports of every worker on the production line, submitted to the subdivision manager on time
• Organize training and educational materials for the production team and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new workers
• Handle supply and inventory of raw goods in the production line
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within factory premises
• Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintain communication between workers, the subdivision manager and the division manager so procedures and policies are well understood
• Inspect products for quality and size specifications and check the correct number of products going to the next stage
• Notify the subdivision manager of any problems on the production floor
• Write and submit the daily attendance list of workers and participate in production meetings

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering or any related field
• Entry-level experience (1-3 years); high school education acceptable

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of operational processes for a factory production line
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately, mainly using data management software
