Program Coordinator - Enterprise Development & Financial Inclusion

• Lead day-to-day implementation, coordination and performance monitoring of ED&FI programs within the assigned region
• Provide technical supervision and support to field teams, ensuring quality delivery of enterprise development, financial inclusion, innovation, digital capability and entrepreneurship interventions
• Ensure achievement of program targets, timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder programs and partnerships in the region
• Support MSMEs through training, advisory, mentorship, market linkages and access-to-finance interventions
• Use technology and data systems to support program implementation, reporting, monitoring and performance management
• Manage operational risks, compliance requirements and program controls

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Finance, ICT or a related field (Master's an added advantage)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise development, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, economic development or related programs
• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising field teams, projects or regional program operations
• Mandatory certification in ILO Start & Improve Your Business (SIYB)
• Certification in IFC Business Edge, UNCTAD Empretec, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Project Management an added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated ability to manage operational risks, compliance requirements and program controls
• Strong understanding of MSME development, entrepreneurship ecosystems and financial services
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
