• Implement project activities at the regional level across all incubation stages.
• Support mobilisation, recruitment and onboarding of entrepreneurs into the programme.
• Coordinate logistics for field-based activities including bootcamps, trainings, mentorship sessions and events.
• Ensure participants attend, engage and progress through Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3.
• Provide first-line support to entrepreneurs and guide them through programme requirements.
• Facilitate communication between entrepreneurs, mentors and the core project team.
• Support onboarding and engagement of entrepreneurs on the Ye Community platform.
• Track attendance and participation and keep accurate records.
• Collect field-level data including feedback, challenges and performance indicators.
• Identify and escalate risks affecting participation, retention or performance.
• Support pitch events, mock pitch sessions and graduation activities at regional level.
• Manage training materials and resources used in the field.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in field-based project implementation, community engagement, entrepreneurship development or youth programming.
• Demonstrated experience mobilising, recruiting, onboarding and supporting project participants.
• Experience organising and facilitating training sessions, workshops, bootcamps or community events.
• Proven ability to coordinate field logistics, maintain attendance records and prepare activity reports.
