Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out property inspections for residential and commercial units under management, including move-in and move-out inspections
- Document property condition with detailed reports, photographs and checklists
- Identify maintenance issues, damages and safety concerns and report them to management
- Follow up on tenant compliance with tenancy terms and property care standards
- Support routine and periodic inspections across the managed property portfolio

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant qualification)
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong observation and reporting skills

- Willingness to travel regularly across Kampala for site visits
