Reception Night Auditor

• Welcome and check in/check out guests during the night shift
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
• Perform end-of-day audits and reconcile all hotel transactions
• Verify guest accounts, payments, and billing accuracy
• Balance cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
• Ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and hotel property during the night shift
• Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Report maintenance issues and incidents occurring during the shift

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor, Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hotel role
• Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
