Receptionist/Cashier

• Welcome and check in guests, answer inquiries and manage reservations.
• Handle guest billing, receive payments and reconcile daily cash/POS totals.
• Keep the reception area tidy, professional and welcoming.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest accounts and shift handovers.
• Support other departments (restaurant, bar) with guest service as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of UCE (O’ Level) or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar establishment.
• Aged 20-28 years (as stated in the advert).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
