Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
- Screen and interview candidates based on job requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or client relationship management
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, interviewing and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
