Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility readiness assessments and maintain an accurate regional implementation tracker
- Support scheduling and oversight of contractors delivering ICT installation and device setup
- Coordinate with facility in-charges, district health teams, and EMR teams
- Verify installation progress against approved specifications and commissioning checklists
- Support user orientation, training logistics, and linkage to helpdesk
- Identify, document, and escalate field constraints
- Collect and quality-check regional evidence for milestones
- Support follow-up on maintenance, warranty, and corrective actions
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, health informatics, public health, engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in field implementation, ICT deployment, or health systems
- Experience working with health facilities and district-level stakeholders preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Strong organization, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional fluency in English; local language capability is an advantage
