Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the branch's customer relationship portfolio, growing deposits and business volumes
- Manage and develop relationships with key individual and business customers
- Lead, coach and support the branch relationship team
- Ensure all relationships are managed in line with the bank's Shariah-compliant products, policies and risk standards
- Prepare portfolio reports and growth plans for branch management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in finance, business or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in banking

- High level of integrity and professionalism
