Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME banking clients
- Acquire new SME clients and deepen existing relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored lending, transaction and investment solutions
- Conduct financial analysis and credit assessment of client proposals
- Work with product and operations teams to deliver excellent client service
- Achieve portfolio growth, revenue and asset quality targets
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven banking experience in SME/corporate relationship management
- Strong credit and financial analysis skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of the Kenyan SME market
